A true swimmer, the crab is an alert, aggressive scavenger. Much like its human counterpart of the Zodiac -- the Cancer (for which the crab is the symbol)-- the crab prefers comfort and safety. To that end, the crab chooses shallow muddy waters -- even deeper waters in winter.
